Welcome to VoxQ. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility. VoxQ is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and, where required, complete identity verification (KYC). 2. What VoxQ is. VoxQ is a marketplace for booking a provider's TIME AND COMPANIONSHIP ONLY. Bookings are for conversation, accompaniment, and time. VoxQ does not facilitate, and expressly prohibits, the solicitation or arrangement of any unlawful conduct. 3. Bookings and escrow. Payments for bookings are held in escrow and released to the provider after the session is completed, or refunded under the dispute process. Crypto transactions are irreversible: once a payout or refund is broadcast on-chain it cannot be reversed by VoxQ. 4. Fees. VoxQ charges a platform fee on bookings as shown at checkout. Subscription plans (Pro) are billed for the period stated and remain active through the end of a paid period after cancellation. 5. Conduct. You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts, withhold escrow pending a dispute, and report unlawful activity to authorities. 6. No warranty / limitation of liability. The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxQ is not liable for the conduct of users or for indirect or consequential damages. 7. Changes.
