This Privacy Policy explains what VoxQ collects and how it is used. 1. What we collect. Account details (email, phone if provided), profile content, identity-verification documents (KYC), booking and payment metadata, messages, on-chain addresses you bind, and technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and audit. 2. How we use it. To operate the platform: matching bookings, holding escrow, verifying identity, preventing fraud and abuse, complying with law, and supporting you. Sensitive documents (ID, selfie) are encrypted at rest and visible only to you and our reviewers. 3. Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with payment/verification processors and where required by law or to protect safety. Messages are filtered for off-platform contact and solicitation to keep activity on-platform. 4. Crypto. On-chain transactions are public by nature. Addresses and amounts you transact may be visible on public blockchains. 5. Retention & your rights. We retain records as needed for legal, safety, and accounting purposes. You may request access or deletion of your account from Settings, subject to records we must keep. 6. Security. We use encryption, two-factor authentication, and access controls.
